Meet Ashley – Owner & Lead Designer, AMP Home Design
My journey to interior design started in an unexpected place: my own living room. I’m Ashley Marie Piasecki, owner and lead designer behind AMP Home Design, and what began as a hobby of decorating every home I lived in eventually became a full time career.
How It All Started
Before design, my path looked a little different. I earned my BA from Gannon University in Communications, then spent eight years in pharmaceutical sales, a career that taught me how to really listen to people and understand what they need, even when they can’t quite put it into words. When I stepped away from corporate life to stay home with my son, my greatest blessing, I found myself decorating and redecorating our own house simply because I was in it so often. When we renovated and sold our first home, our realtor commented on how well it had been staged. That comment became AMP Home Design.
Nine Years of Growth
What began as home staging has grown into a full service design firm. My portfolio has expanded from mini makeovers to full renovations, new construction, commercial spaces, consultations, virtual design, and outdoor living. I’ve partnered with T&C Total Interiors to offer complete services for projects of every size, and I’ve had the privilege of designing everything from family homes and dream kitchens to medical offices, financial firms, restaurants, and historic renovations.
My Philosophy
Design isn’t just about creating beautiful rooms. It’s about creating spaces where memories are made, businesses grow, and people feel at home. There’s nothing better than watching a client walk into their new space for the first time. Loving the home you live in brings real peace and contentment, and that feeling is why I do this work.
